Shipping policy

All of our items are sent using Royal Mail Tracked. If you are from the UK, items usually takes between 3-5 days to arrive from the day it is sent. Postage to the UK is 100% Free.You will be notified when your item has shipped and provided with a tracking number - *Please note, we allow up to 28 days for the creation of your item.

If you are from the EU/international - your item will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked Shipping. International orders usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive from the day they are sent. Postage to countries in the EU cost a flat rate of £10. Postage to all other International countries cost a flat rate of £20.You will be notified when your item has been shipped and provided with a tracking number - *Please note, we allow up to 28 days for the creation of your item. 

If you are purchasing from anywhere other than the UK, please be aware that you may be subject to Customs Charges. If you refuse to pay these/your item is returned to us - you will NOT be refunded for the cost of shipping.
